Buses accept exact coin fare only, no bills. Pay contactless through the HotSpot app instead, the same app already used to pay downtown parking meters. Monthly passes expire at the end of each calendar month.
Community support
- Ontario Works / ODSP pass$49 for 30 days
- Adults on Ontario Works or ODSP who don't already receive transportation money from a case manager can get a subsidized 30-day pass. Bring a current statement of assistance and ID to the bus terminal at 190 Simcoe St.
- Handi-VanDoor-to-door paratransit
- For riders whose disability or mobility needs mean the regular routes don't work. Every regular-route bus is also fully wheelchair accessible.
- Support person passFree companion ride
- A rider who needs a support person because of a disability can apply for a pass that lets that companion ride free alongside them.
